@mstange Hm. Thinking about it, we might not want to make `SourceGraphic` image size depending on the bounding box of the input since it might be hard to compute (stroke styles increase the visible bounding box). I think I confused this with the internal implementation optimization. I have to think about it but maybe using the filter region might be the better choice here.
