== Use brackets in offset-path syntax ==
We copy clip-path and shape-outside in using brackets around [ 
<<basic-shape> || <box> ], for clarity.

We also add brackets in the definition of offset-path, to make clear 
that
"contain) <size> ray(<angle>" and ") ray(<angle>" are not permitted 
expansions.
