The spec defines the initial position and initial direction for 
basic-shape, but not for geometry-box without basic-shape.

Note that the box may have a border-radius.

The initial position and direction for geometry-box should be 
consistent with [SVG 
rect](https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/shapes.html#RectElement).
