dbaron has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/fxtf-drafts: == [css-motion] properties should probably apply only to transformable elements == The properties in the Motion paths spec should probably all apply only to [transformable elements](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-transforms/#transformable-element) since that's what transform properties apply to, and this hooks in to transform processing.
