CSS Masking

 - RESOLVED: Change 'auto' value of mask-mode to 'match-source'.
 - birtles will investigate dropping mask-type. If it's not
dropped, he will update the normative text.

The ‘mask-type’ property is implemented in WebKit and Blink unprefixed (after an SVG resolution) and has been shipping with release versions of Safari and Chrome for at least 2 years.
