Browsers will not break existing content that renders properly today in 
the future to satisfy conceptual integrity after the fact. That is neither
practical nor reasonable and solutions that assume it is are unlikely
to be implemented. Discussing them, while useful in terms of comparison
with alternatives, is thus largely theoretical.
