Review of XForms 2.0 section 8

At 8.1.2 and 8.1.9, maybe, mention of XHTML to be rewritten.
 
At 8.1.3, maybe, it should be added that multiline content is not supported by
input control (difference between xsd:normalizedString and xsd:string).
 
At 8.1.7, upload control in XSLTForms is also supporting xsd:string as possible
datatype. It can be used to read a local SVG file then render it with output
control before effective upload.
