Every place where the content set UI Common is used, for instance, for the
core form controls
they list the minimal content model as repeating the UI Common

	label, (UI Common)*

Yet the definition for UI Common already repeats its content:
https://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/XForms_2.0#elems-ui-common

	 (help|hint|alert|Action)*

I think this is an error, namely that the definition of UI Common should be

	help|hint|alert|Action

Please correct me if I am wrong.
