Updated spec repeat, itemset and other uses of sequences to bind to sequences of atomic values (required lots of changes to spec)

All,

I've updated the XForms 2.0 spec [1] to :
 * support repeat, itemset and other uses of sequences to bind to general sequences (mix of nodes and atomic values such as an integer, date or string)
** Applying MIPS to atomic values will result in an xforms-binding-exception
 * Form controls to bind to atomic values (become read-only) this is very useful for custom controls but also if you want to display a calculated value with for example a range control

I scanned the complete spec to see where things should change to make it clear that we support arbitrary sequences where useful. Could you please review the changes and send back remarks about the changes and places where changes are needed but which I missed.

To review the changes you can use the diff marked html [2]which contains all relevant changes

Thanks in advance,
