Added iterate attribute section to the XForms 2.0 spec

I added text for the iterate action to the XForms 2.0 specification on our wiki [1]. I added an editorial note explaining that we not yet came to a consensus of what should happen when you delete nodes from an instance that are at a position after the current iteration item in the iteration sequence.

I renamed the section 'Iteration of XForms Actions' to the 'The while attribute' because we now have two different 'iteration' attributes.
