zakim conference bridge bookings, agenda links

Hi Steven and Leigh,

I am just wondering if the zakim conference bridge bookings have been made 
for the Wed-Fri meetings?
Also, is there a link to any preliminary agenda document indicating at 
least the daily meeting times if not also topics?
