The editor's draft of XForms 1.1 has been updated at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/specs/XForms1.1/index-diff.html The working group found that the xforms-link-error has not been implemented and that link traversal failures in such cases, e.g. a failed load, are presented to the user in implementation-specific means. The specification was changed to indicate that the user would be informed of the link failure by implementation-specific means, rather than by an xforms-link-error. There was no schema change. However, the section on xforms-version-exception was moved into the place of the xforms-link-error. This had the good editorial side-effect of putting all exceptions before errors, but the actual reason for the move is that it minimized section renumbering. The test suite and the implementation reports change by moving the xforms-version-exception results only. John M.
