Test h.3 not in XHTML

Test/XForms1.1/Edition1/Appendix/H/h.3.xhtml is SVG in the SVG namespace and has no XHTML in it.

The file should be renamed to h.3.svg or simply removed, as there is already (almost) the same content in h.3.xml.
There is a slight difference in namespace declarations in the instnace in h.3.xhtml.

Tests h.1 and h.2 are duplicated as XHTML and XML, but they are both XHTML files.
