Thanks for reporting this.  I fixed this in the test suite (and the test 
suite zip file).  Please retest and let us know if there are any other 
concerns about this test.

Test 8.1.6.d



This test contains 3 uploads - two which should work and one that
throws a xforms-binding-exception. The assertion text says that the 2
correct uploads can be used while the incorrect one must notify the
user in some way that's it's broken. However the Spec says:

(...)
Default Action: Fatal error (halts processing).

How can the 2 other controls be used if the exception stops
processing? Seems this testcase is broken or did i miss something?
