Dear Forms team, My apologies for my absence last week without notice. I tried to arrange for such about mid-day Tuesday, but it was hurried and did not succeed. Last Tuesday, I had to be admitted for emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix. I was coming off the table only a few hours before our call. There were complications due to infection, but those appear to be under control now and I am back home out of the hospital. However, I am in a great deal of pain right now, and between that and the ongoing course antibiotics, I am both tired and light-headed when awake. Movement is very difficult. I have about enough energy to tell select people, such as yourselves, that I won't be able to meet this week. I hope for next week... I am an optimist. Due to some other regrets and possible regrets sent for this week, may I recommend that we adjourn until next week? Thank you, John M.
