[TPAC2008] Registration deadline extension - 12 Oct. 2008




Dear chairs, AB, TAG, Members, Offices, Team

We are extending the deadline for the registration of the TPAC2008 for two 
 
additional weeks, bringing the deadline to Sunday 12 October 2008. This is 
 
the only extension we will consider. Indeed the TPAC event will start only 
 
one week after.

If you haven't done so, please, register at
   http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC2008/

Registration will close on 12 October 2008. After that date we will not be 
 
able to change the numbers confirmed with the hotel. We thank you in 
advance for your understanding and cooperation.

The schedule of the All Group Meetings, Advisory Committee Meeting and 
Technical Plenary is at:

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal 
Casino. The room rates of 226 EUR for a single room and 256 EUR for a 
double or twinromm are available from Saturday 18 October to Saturday 25

Participation in the All Group Meetings and Technical Plenary is open to 
participants in good standing in a W3C Working or Interest Group, 
Incubator group, Advisory Committee Representatives, the TAG and Advisory 
Board.

Participation in the W3C Advisory Committee Meeting is open to one 
Advisory Committee Representative per Member Organization, Chairs, the TAG 
 
and Advisory Board.
