Face to face agenda

The agenda statements for Feb. 4-6 are now available from the face to face 
page in the wiki.

Also, I have updated the wiki based on our virtual day discussions of 
"Model driven switch with switch" and "Default trigger".

Interestingly, in elaborating the default trigger issue, I realized that 
the way we were thinking a form author might "sometimes" make a default 
trigger is actually quite flawed as it actually creates an infinite loop!

clearly this is where we will start since it is where we left off and 
since the infinite loop problem seems to make the issue more urgent.
