We made excellent progress Wednesday, as recorded below. Although we did not cover all the items for Wednesday on the earlier agenda, I did know it was an aggressive schedule. It seemed best to try it and see how far we got. Here is a revised schedule that moves the remaining work into Thursday and Friday. As well, a number of the issues have been reordered, and more time has been allocated for a number of them. I moved the break times so that we will be more likely to take them. I also extended our lunch period to 1.5 hours to reflect reality. On Thursday, I extended our workday to 1830 to accommodate. The Friday end-time remains 1800, but we do need to make it through the Thursday agenda even if we have to go a bit longer, as we did on Wednesday. We made it through 23 of the remaining 48 LC comments yesterday, which is excellent progress. Some of the remaining issues are a bit harder, but I allocated more time to them using some extra time taken from Friday, so I am confident we can finish the 1.1 last call comments at this face to face. The schedule for Friday now contains only one smaller work period. Nevertheless, it contains enough time for us to have some decent progress and likely complete most or all of the listed tasks. Based on our available resources and expertise, I made assignments of people to the tasks. Finally, I extended the time of the SMIL review from 45 min to 1 hour, and I moved it to an earlier slot.
