Updated last call comment report replacing Nov. 14 dated version

Hi Steven,

On Nov. 15, could you please generate a new copy of the last call comments 
report and place it at the following location:

http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/2007/xforms11-lc-doc-20071114.html

Placing it at this link will allow me to avoid having to recreate the 
specs again to update the link, and there is no reason to preserve the 
draft copy that was there.
I wouldn't mind being included as an editor of the document given the 
amount of information I've put into the DB from which the report is 
created.  This will also have the side effect of giving me a Pemberton 
factor of 1.

Finally, please note that Shane suggests using -s 2,6 on the command-line 
so that you get all issues that have been either implemented *or* 
suspended.  This is what was causing a number of our comments to be 
missing from the report.
