Typos in examples of digest function (editorial change requested in XForms
 1.1)

John,

The examples of the digest function [1] use lower case algorithm keywords,

but the definition of the function (see table) requires the uppercase
variants of those.

We changed the definition not so long ago from allowing upper/lower case
and with a dash version to only allowing the upper case variants, but the
examples weren't updated. Could you please do this small editorial update
to the XForms 1.1 spec?
