25 APR 2007 - Minutes and action items

Note: There are no cancellations of calls.  Next week May 2 is on; the 
week after is May 9, which overlaps the web conference but is on anyway. 
The week after is May 16, which overlaps Xtech but will be held anyway, 
and the week after that is May 23, which Steven will chair.

On May 16 I *should* be able to make the call, but if I cannot connect for 
some reason, then Sebastian has volunteered to chair the telecon.
