4. clarification of terms (for example, "architectural consistency")

5. charter review period? (what do we submit to whom and when)

6. deliverables and deadlines? (benchmarking/lifespan already 
   addressed in avk's proposed charter)

7. identify agenda items for next meeting

8. identify regular meeting time (every other week?)
