telecon agenda?

aloha!

this is a very vague attempt at a telecon agenda, but i've attended
many a telecon with vaguer...

1. 2 minutes -- hot button issues/topics you think others should be
   aware of

2. discuss scoping (as prelude to next item)

3. discuss anne van kestren's charter proposal (latest draft):
   http://www.w3.org/2007/10/forms-tf/charter-proposal

4. charter review period? (what do we submit to whom and when)

5. deliverables and deadlines? (benchmarking/lifespan already 
   addressed in avk's proposed charter; perhaps this issue is 
   better handled on-list for now)

it is my hope that we can convene at least once prior to the technical
plenary, as not all of us will be in attendence at TPAC 2008...

all we need is a mutually agreeable time, and a teleconference 
via the W3C Zakim bridge (with complimentary IRC for minuting,
etc.) can be arranged...
