GitHub repo and proposed charter [via Font and Text Community Group]

The FTCG’s GitHub repository has been set up (https://github.com/w3c/font-text-cg).

All discussions in this CG should happen in the repository’s “issues” (https://github.com/w3c/font-text-cg/issues) from now on. Participants are expected to follow the code of conduct (https://www.w3.org/Consortium/cepc/). The public mailing list (public-font-text@w3.org) is reserved for announcements, meeting minutes, and other archival purposes.

As per the 21 September meeting’s resolutions (https://w3c.github.io/font-text-cg/minutes/meeting-20200921-3), the proposed charter has been revised and is under review until 5 October, when it will be approved in the absence of objection: https://github.com/w3c/font-text-cg/pull/1

For participants not yet familiar with the GitHub pull request mechanism, the full text of the proposed charter can be viewed here (but note your comments should still be submitted to the pull request page linked above): https://github.com/simoncozens/font-text.github.io/blob/draft-charter/charter/index.md
