As I recall, the ad hoc OTWG never took minutes per se, but I am guessing that various people took notes of discussions at face-to-face meetings. It would be great if these could be made available to the FTCG. Dave, did you take notes of the Summer 2019 meeting in Seattle? I think these could be especially useful in considering avar v2 proposals.
