The call will be its usual time:

Tuesdays 13:00 Pacific (16:00 Eastern, 21:00 UK, 22:00 Europe),

The main topic of the call will be "changing the time".

Lots of folks in Europe thought that time was too late. So looking at
the Doodle but also taking into consideration we need chairs on board
and editors, we're looking at 10:00 AM Pacific/13:00 Eastern/7:00 PM
CET. Not perfect, but close. I'm not sure if we have any Asian
participants who plan to attend the telecon, but if so please tell us.
