w3C has a name, bigger than most of us I think, and it should be stating outrage; though, I am not surprised. I'm a little different than most people, I LIKE the idea of a semi centralized repository. I hate silos of data more than almost anything. If you have data on me, I should know what you have. The Government, should not be able to access those records without 1. a judge and telling me, at least within 3-6 months. Then I get to know why I was under investigation, and be free to publicize it anyway I want to.
