Reminder: FedID WG, CG meetings canceled for the week of November 3

Hello all!

A quick reminder that the DC API Series A call and the FedCM call for next week (November 3 and 4, respectively) are canceled. The week after is the W3C TPAC and so the usual meetings will be canceled in favor of the longer meetings later in the week. Please check your W3C calendar for dates and location/zoom details!
