Planning around IIW, IETF 124, and TPAC

Hello FedID WG and CG members and enthusiasts!

We have some choices to make with regards to upcoming hybrid meetings. First, note that the Fall IIW meeting was moved from its original dates (the week of October 20) to the following week of October 27. This means that for several participants, we have three consecutive weeks of meetings to consider:

IIW (plus potential OIDF side meetings) : week of October 27 @ Mountain View, California
IETF 124: week of November 3 @ Montreal, Canada
TPAC: week of November 10 @ Kobe, Japan

(Note that while there is only one meeting currently on the TPAC schedule, we will have two in the latter half of that week, plus whatever breakout sessions midweek that we schedule. I spoke with the W3C staff about this last week at the IETF meeting in Madrid.)

Normally, we'd have a hybrid meeting on the Friday after IIW, but at least some of us need to get to our various homes to swap out luggage, pet cats/docs/children, and travel to the next destination and so will be leaving on Friday. I'd like to propose having a meeting on Monday, 27 October, recognizing that will conflict with the OIDF member meeting. Alternatively, we can NOT have a hybrid meeting around IIW and instead focus efforts on IIW sessions (which removes the hybrid option). Or we can cut a day out of IIW and have a hybrid meeting instead. The options are listed below.

I'm open to suggestions if anyone has thoughts on how to bend time and space to make this all work.

Options:
A) FedID Hybrid Meeting on Monday, 27 October
B) No FedID Hybrid Meeting the week of 27 October
C) FedID Hybrid Meeting on Thursday, 30 October
D) Some other option (please include your suggestion)
