e-Billing standards

Hi all,

I was just researching prior art related to federated commerce, and found a
lot of existing work around e-billing (OASIS-UBL, LEDES, UN/CEFACT, ...).

In particular this report seems to be very comprehensive:

In particular, I think this community group is focused particularly on the
