Latest version of the Archive module?

  I see that the latest editor's draft of the Archive module:

    http://expath.org/spec/archive/editor

references 2 earlier versions:

    http://expath.org/spec/archive/20131205
    http://expath.org/spec/archive/20130930

but when going to the latest version:

    http://expath.org/spec/archive

it resolves to the Sep. 30 one, and not to the Dec. 05 one.  Like if
the latter one had never been published.  Do you know what happened?
