Hi Zhou,
It seems to me that if we ignore Issue 1 in the Appendix, then there
is nothing in the spec that is specific to XQuery, rather it could sit
at the XPath level. In fact that is rather why I previously suggested
you submit it to EXPath rather than EXQuery. Do you plan to update the
spec to reflect that, i.e. replace "designed to be compatible with
XQuery 3.0" with "designed to be compatible with XPath 3.0"? ...or
perhaps I have missed something?
