Hi,

I am pleased to announce a new minor version of the EXPath Packaging
System for Java and for Saxon: 0.13.1.  Noticeable changes:

- update code to latest Calabash and Saxon (latest 9.6)
- fix errors on some platforms when deleting a package from disk
- xrepo returns an error code in case of error
- classpath.txt for Saxon extensions use paths relative to content/
