The SQL module is still about (somewhere), I have lost the link now,
but Florent sent it to me recently.
As it was very closely based on the eXist-db SQL module as far as I
can see (which was influenced by Sedna originally). I would be happy
to take this on as an Editor to get it finished. Dennis really did
almost all of the work already ;-)
