EXPath Repository Manager: new release

  Hi,

  I have just released a new version of the Repository Manager, to
install new packages, handle repositories, and provide support for
packaging for Saxon and Calabash.

  In addition to bug fixes, it has been updated to the latest Saxon
and Calabash versions, resp. 9.5.0.3 and 1.0.16.  It contains also
better scripts to launch those processors, with the first version of
a Batch file for Windows for launching Calabash.

  With its graphical installer, it is even an easy solution to install
Saxon and Calabash and have shell scripts to use them, even without
using the package repository.

  It is available in the new download area: http://expath.org/files.
Since Google Code downloads is going to be shut down, downloads of
third-party implementations can be made available directly on the
EXPath website.
