EXPath File Module, Update

Dear all,

a new version of the File Module is online:

   http://files.basex.org/modules/expath/file/file-120614.html

It contains the following changes:

– all file path parameters must now be normalized before they are
further processed (Section 1.2)
– Section 1.3 includes a few words on the nondeterministic nature of
I/O operations
– write-text-lines() and append-text-lines() have been added
– write-text(), write-binary(), append-text() and append-binary() have
been limited to a single item
– line-separator() returns the system-dependent line separator
