Thanks for your work.

I looked at some preliminary canonical interop test results.
Please find below my findings.

* options/omitOptions.xml

OpenEXI seems to represent empty schemaId in options while EXIficient does not.

<header><common><schemaId></schemaId></common><strict /></header>

vs.

<header><strict /></header>

* options/utcTime.xml

Success.

* preserve/dtrWithoutPLV.xml

Success.

* preserve/dtrWithPLV.xml

Success.

Hi,

Grishma uploaded some config and data files for Canonical EXI
interoperability test.

- I confirmed the following config files can now run.

 * options/omitOptions.xml
   tests omitOptionsDocument option

 * options/utcTime.xml
   tests utcTime option

 * preserve/dtrWithoutPLV.xml
   tests DTRM

 * preserve/dtrWithPLV.xml
   tests lexical preservation

I also updated OpenEXI libraries.
