Canonical EXI test cases are ready for use

We are happy to announce that we, the EXI working group, believe that the Canonical EXI [1] test cases are complete and ready for use.

The EXI testsuite can be found on GitHub
https://github.com/w3c/exi-testsuite

There you will also find information about how to use and run the testsuite.

It is now time for developers to check their implementations.
Please provide feedback via email or GitHub issues [2].
