Hi,

Second Edition of EXI 1.0 specification is now a W3C Recommendation.

Please see the announcement here [1].

The second edition addresses a number of consistency and clarification issues 
raised by implementers. Both current and future EXI implementations should 
benefit from the refined solidity and clarity the second edition is providing.
