Hi,
Section 4.3.1 says:
"Canonical EXI MUST exclude extraneous CH ("") events unless they are required
by the EXI grammar (see 4.3.2 Empty element content)."
However, section 4.3.2 does not seem to describe such a situation very well.
All what 4.3.2 describes seems to be again about removing extraneous CH ("").
