  Hi,

If by any chance the WG considers useful to add support for an 
alternative representation of QNames used as values, then it would be 
useful to also allow the use of enums for such QName values. This 
corresponds to a widespread use case: fault codes in SOAP 1.2 and many 
derived WS-* specifications use XSD types defined as QName enums.
