Hi Ishizaki-san,

We plan to update Table 7-1 in the following manner per your suggestion.

- The String row will mention that xsi:type attribute value is not subject
  to String encoding even though its datatype is QName.

- The QName row will specify xsi:type attribute value as the sole
  beneficiary of the datatype as a value content item.
