This matches the % of valid W3C Member homepages, it varies between 11%
and 12% as http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-archive/2004Dec/0012
shows (light green means no errors, light gray 1-10 errors, dark gray
more than ten errors and red validation failed).
