Perhaps it may be useful to explain what you mean by "Accessible Web site solutions", taking into account that the "accessible" website http://www.microsoft.com/enable/ (meant to be a live demonstration of how to do it) is neither accessible nor usable due to "sloppy authoring practices made possible by bugs in Explorer". Unreadably tiny fonts, inaccessible search bars in Mozilla.
