Dear all, I am looking for national authorities, preferably in EU, that uses either CPOV, RDF, SKOS or http-URI. So far, people of the W3C community have been so kind as to provide me with contact information of organizations using SKOS, but I haven't found any governmental organizations that use CPOV or http-URI. I understand that SKOS is part of RDF, but if it's possible to use RDF without SKOS, I would like to get in touch with those organizations as well, preferably national authorities. My client is a national board of digitalisation looking to recommend a standard for all interested organizations throughout the country. Therefore, I have to report back to them if similar boards use/recommend either SKOS, RDF, CPOV or http-URI. Thank you very much in advance!
