Excellent choice of using Web Standards components such as D3.js and SVG. One suggestion... for the interactive visualizations, give the user a slider that can increase or decrease the nodes and text size, since they are quite small by default. (some of us have to squint on netbooks and others have fading LCD panels... :-) Kudos Thomas !
