The http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/Europe/reports/thes/1.0/guide/20040504/ document from 2004 lists subproperties of skos:broader and skos:narrower such as skos:broaderPartitive and skos:narrowerGeneric. This document, the SKOS-Core 1.0 Guide, also says that it's deprecated and to see http://www.w3.org/TR/swbp-skos-core-guide/, which doesn't describe any equivalents. The more recent http://www.w3.org/TR/skos-primer/ document says The SKOS approach allows an application designer to create new properties to capture this distinction, and to declare them as sub-properties of|skos:broader|: ex:broaderGeneric rdfs:subPropertyOf skos:broader. ex:broaderPartitive rdfs:subPropertyOf skos:broader. ex:broaderInstantive rdfs:subPropertyOf skos:broader. but ex represents an example.com URL. I had no luck with a search for broaderPartitive at schemapedia or http://ws.nju.edu.cn/falcons/ontologysearch/ . Does anyone know if these subproperties of skos:broader and skos:narrower ever found a home? thanks, Bob DuCharme @bobdc snee.com/bobdc.blog
