Dear Youn, If you haven't already found it, the OWL ontology accompanying the 9th June draft of the SKOS reference can be retrieved from http://www.w3.org/2008/05/skos with an appropriate ACCEPT header (i.e. application/rdf+xml). It can also be retrieved directly from <http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-skos-reference-20080609/skos.rdf> without content negotiation. I still have an action to update the vocabularies [1] and history [2] pages on the SKOS web site, apologies for not doing this sooner. Kind regards, Alistair.
