If they can be seen as subproperties of skosmap:mappingRelation [1] then you are doing the latter, else it is the former. Of course recording only the versioning information is the simplest and makes less assumptions, but the mappings are more valuable. But probably anyone working with the two versions will assume there's a correspondance in meaning between ConceptV1 and ConceptV2 anyway. Mark.
