This could influence SKOS a bit, I assume!

Public Comment on "Expressing Dublin Core metadata using RDF"
DCMI has published an important new Working Draft on expressing
Dublin Core metadata using the Resource Description Framework
(RDF) [1].
This Working Draft is grounded in the DCMI Abstract Model
[2] -- a DCMI Recommendation since March 2005. Pending the
results of public comment and consultation with implementors,
the draft is intended eventually to supersede legacy DCMI
specifications related to RDF. The historical context and
implications for implementors of the changes introduced in
this Working Draft are discussed in a companion document,
"Notes on DCMI specifications for Dublin Core metadata in RDF"
[3].
Public Comment will be held from 30 May through 27 June.
Comments of a technical nature should be sent to the
dc-architecture mailing list [4] in reply to a summary of
the technical issues raised by this draft [5].
